You are ordering a digital illustration service. No physical product will be delivered.

It is strictly prohibited to trace, edit, render, or use my art for AI training, NFT creation, or any related purpose.

The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission at their discretion.

Commissions are for personal use only, unless the client purchases commercial rights. ➜ Click here to learn more about commercial use.

Emotes and panels are not subject to additional commercial licensing fees.

The client must credit the artist (@Kawurin_) whenever the artwork is shared publicly.

Do not remove my signature. You will receive two versions: one with a watermark and one with a small, discreet signature.

Purchasing the artwork does not include the PSD file or source files unless previously agreed upon.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 months, but may be extended depending on workload. Clients will be informed of any delays.

You may request updates at any time. Please be patient and avoid daily messages — I will send progress updates whenever possible.

PSD files are not included.

If I forget a detail from your reference (e.g., an accessory or marking), you may remind me and it will be corrected without extra charge.

Major changes not present in the original reference may incur an additional fee.

Payments are accept via Paypal or Stripe

All payments are in USD

Final pricing depends on the complexity of the artwork:

Complex designs, props, extra characters, and detailed elements will be charged separately.

If the client does not provide a character design, an additional fee will apply for creating one based on a description or moodboard.

Commissions ordered through VGen are subject to an additional 12% platform fee.

The final price includes operational costs associated with payment platforms.

If you require rush delivery, a +100% priority fee will be charged based on the total price of the commission.

For commissions above $100 USD, payment can be split into two installments (50/50).

For commissions above $200 USD, three or more installments can be arranged, depending on the total and delivery schedule.

The artwork will be delivered only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed upon.

If the Lineart + Base color phase has started, the client is entitled to a 50% refund of the total paid amount.

Once the commission has been fully completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In the event of cancellation after work has begun, the artist retains the right to repurpose the incomplete artwork as a "Your Character Here" (YCH) for resale.

I reside in Brazil, therefore all commissions are subject to Brazilian law, particularly regarding custom digital services. By commissioning, the client acknowledges and agrees to this legal condition

The service has started with the client’s consent; and/or

A customized digital product has been delivered or is in production, as it cannot be reused or resold without significant loss.
